North Leeds

Both the University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University campuses are based in North Leeds, making it a very popular student area. The student population has brought a lot of money into the area (in the form of the Otley Run), improved public transport and generally, made it a highly desirable place to live for a select portion of the population. This has attributed to helping drive up property prices in the area.

Another popular attraction in North Leeds is Roundhay Park, which is not only a great spot for a Sunday stroll and Coffee, but a popular venue for concerts where the likes of Robbie Williams and Michael Jackson have played.
